With over 20 years of experience as a founder, leader, and innovator, Muni is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology to advance the human experience. Prior to Kudos, he led the creation of award-winning technology and design solutions for clients throughout Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Mexico. Muni has been listed as the lead inventor on numerous international patents, including the Digital Vinyl® CD that was acquired by Verbatim. A background in architecture was the spark that ignited Muni’s professional career specializing in product, user experience, brand and strategy. His dedication to creating innovations and models that embrace diversity, foster unity and culture, and enhance human performance, has led Kudos to be a disruptive force in the employee engagement industry.

As Chief Customer Officer, Tom leads the thought leadership strategy at Kudos and works with our team and clients to support and deliver on our clients success. In the last 25 years, Tom has founded several successful companies. At each of Tom's organizations, employee experience has been the cornerstone, leading to high-performing teams and happy employees.

Tom is active in speaking engagements, sharing his experience and expertise surrounding entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and of course, all things HR and employee engagement. He is passionate about the impact recognition has in creating a great employee experience and is dedicated to educating the world about what genuine recognition can do for people everywhere.

Over her 16-year career, Nikki has built a strong and highly diverse skillset, including project management, business development, team building, and client service and retention.  While she started her career in the finance and fintech sectors with roles at Nasdaq, Marketwired, and Greystone Managed Investments, she discovered that what she liked – and did – best was building relationships. That, and an alignment with her personal values, led to her position at Kudos, where she leads Sales, Client Support, Client Onboarding/Implementations, Client Success and Account Management. For Nikki and her team, ensuring a successful journey for our clients is the top priority – including onboarding, troubleshooting and, most importantly, helping them embed diverse and goal-related recognition into their cultures.

With over 20 years of experience in Software Development, Scott is a creative and compassionate technology leader who excels in building high-performance teams. With a career that spans numerous industries, and extensive start-up experience, he has the skills and expertise to help companies bring their software vision to life. Scott pairs his strong technical background with a quiet compassion for people, continuously inspiring teams to be the best they can be.  

Garrett brings over ten years of experience in software/technology to Kudos leading Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Field Marketing. Having previously worked with Calgary-based Blackline Safety and Burnaby-based Alpha Technologies, he brings experience marketing wireless IoT devices for safety, SaaS services, professional services,  power distribution, and power backup equipment. Garrett brings a global perspective, having lived in Malaysia, Argentina, Calgary, and Vancouver. His passion for technology began when he was just a kid helping his Dad build computers. They are still bonding through building computers together to this day.

Michelle is a nerd with over 20 years of experience in Software Development across a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate. In her quest to build diverse, high-performing scrum teams, Michelle helps introverted computer geeks reach their full potential.  Her teams strive to delight our customers with robust, well-made features.

Rebecca is a results-driven professional with extensive experience applying systems thinking and project management skills to implement strategy. She has a pioneering mind driven by curiosity, creative problem solving and collaboration. She has over 15 years' experience as an HR professional leading full cycle people and culture program delivery and strategic initiatives. She has led enterprise-wide change initiatives, strategy design and implementation, and stakeholder facilitation at all levels across organizations. She is skilled in bringing strategy to action and is excited to bring her approach to focusing on people and culture to the team here at Kudos.

Asif is an MBA finance graduate from the University of Alberta, bringing over 10 years of experience in SaaS, technology, and service-based businesses. With a proven track record in utilizing advanced analytical skills, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, Asif has successfully driven growth and improved profitability for organizations. Asif excels in providing specialized support to companies undergoing complex transactions and business restructuring, demonstrating his expertise in this field. Additionally, Asif has assisted senior executives in navigating various aspects of corporate finance, including acquisitions and debt and equity financings, by taking the lead in conducting both buy-side and sell-side due diligences.

Asif is passionate about giving back to the community and actively contributes his time and knowledge to non-profit organizations. Over the past 5 years, he has provided significant support to a global non-profit organization operating in 25+ countries, conducting over 100 financial and legal due diligences.

Margaux is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with an MBA from McMaster University. Her marketing philosophy is deeply rooted in empathy, a keen understanding of client needs, and a relentless pursuit of tangible results. With a versatile career spanning legal, higher education, and technology sectors, Margaux is adept at navigating diverse industry landscapes. She is fervently committed to fostering cross-functional collaboration, enhancing organizational efficiency, and mentoring her team towards fulfilling their professional aspirations.

Outside the professional arena, Margaux cherishes quality moments with her family – her husband and two young children, who are her greatest joy. An avid reader, she eagerly anticipates each new selection from Reese's Book Club, has a deep interest in pop culture, and loves exploring the scenic beauty of the East Coast through travel.
